Orbital Golf 2K27

The shot

• Press and hold on empty space to grow a black hole. Let go to place it.
• Drag a hole to move it. Hold on it to grow it more. Scroll over it to fine-tune. Double-tap to delete.
• Your holes share one gravity budget, measured in solar masses (SM).
• Launch the probe. Gravity does the rest. Reach the station's docking ring to hole out.

The card

• Every launch is a stroke. Dock in one and it's a hole in one.
• Crash, get spaghettified, or fly out of bounds and the stroke counts. Your holes stay put for the next try.
• Stuck? The caddie sets up a safe line for +1 stroke.

The tour

• Nine holes, dealt from a pool of thirteen, some of them mirrored.
• You start with 3 mulligans. Every stroke over par spends one. Birdies earn them back. Run out and you miss the cut.
• After each hole, sign a sponsor deal: shields, thrusters, bigger budgets, white holes, bullet time.
• Each hole has a side challenge worth a mulligan.
• After nine holes you reach the turn. Sign your card, or play the back nine: nine holes nobody has played, generated and checked for fairness as you go.
• The daily tour deals the same holes and sponsor offers to everyone that day. Share your card.

Points

Hazards

• Planets and moons pull, and they're solid.
• Wild black holes pull hard. Cross a horizon and you're spaghetti.
• White holes push you away.
• Wormholes send you out of their twin at the same speed.
• Asteroids are solid and have no pull.

Objectives

• Dock: reach the station's ring.
• Delivery: collect every cargo pod first. The station stays locked until then.
• Orbit: complete one lap inside the gold ring.
• Figure 8: a lap around one world, then a lap the other way around its twin.
